Brut Big Hitting Questions Promotion Terms and Conditions 1. Information on How to Enter and prizes from part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entrants can only enter online at www.brutbighits.com.au. The competition is open from 12:01am 28 September 09 until 11:59pm 30 September 2010. 3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in deciding the winner. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. Total prize pool value is $839.40. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes. 5. Persons over the age of 18 years may enter the Brut Big Hitting Questions Promotion by filling out the entry form on the Brut Website www.brutbighits.com.au 6. You must complete all fields to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Brut* will not be responsible for misplaced or lost entries. 7. All prize values are in Australian Dollars. Prizes are not transferable. 8. Entries each month must be received by 11:59pm on the 1st day of each month to be eligible. 9. The 5 Winners of each month will be published on www.brutbighits.com.au on the 15th day of the subsequent month of winning. How You Will Be Judged 10. Absolutely anyone over the age of 18 has a chance of winning. Winners will be judged on their Brut Big Hit submission. Five (5) winners will be drawn each month. The winners will be selected based upon the best Big Hit that represents Brut manliness, and fair play. 11. If a question is submitted more than once, by more than one person, the first submission will only be deemed eligible to win a prize pack if selected as a winner. 12. Entrants must notify Brut in writing of any changes of address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached at the address or phone number in their completed entry will be disqualified. 16. Submission of your completed Competitor Entry Form shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Brut of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in your brut big hit answers. 17. Prizes will be delivered within Australia only via Registered Australia Post within 28 days of notification of the winners. 18. Cost of accessing the internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing www.brut.com.au are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependant on the internet provider used. 19. In the event of circumstances beyond Brut’s control, Brut reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Brut Man-Q promotion. 20. A prize or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise. 21. Brut does not accept responsibility for any variation in the prize values. 22. To the extent permitted by law, Brut, its authorised distributors and related companies including the directors, officers, and employees of any of them will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Brut Man-Q Promotion. 23. Brut is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission interruption deletion defect delay in operation or transmission communications line or telephone mobile or satellite network failure technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website. 24. Brut reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of Brut includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who has in the opinion of Brut, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of Brut and its affiliated companies. 25. Entrants may only enter the competition once and each entrant may only be eligible for one (1) prize from the prizes list. Who's eligible to Enter this Challenge? Entry is open to Australian Residents only. Competitors must be at least 18 years old before entering the Brut Man-Q Promotion. Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.
